Cancellations and Refund Policy

6 PACK INDOOR BEACH CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 6 Pack Indoor Beach requires a deposit to hold a reserved space for the guest and their event. This deposit is fully refundable only under the condition that we are unable to operate our business under normal circumstances such as a facility closure beyond our control including government imposed closure, natural disaster or act of god. If you need to cancel your event, the following options are available to you: 7 days before your event - you may reschedule your event. We will hold on to your deposit and your credit is valid for up to a year. OR you can request a refund LESS a 10% administration fee of the prepaid amount. Less than 7 days to your event – NO REFUNDS (partial or full). You may reschedule your event for a later date and your credit is valid for up to one year. Please note: we require 48 hours notice before the time of your event if you would like to reschedule. After 48 hours, your deposit can no longer be used for rescheduling your event. At that point, your event is expected to proceed on its original scheduled time and date and rescheduling is not an option. Your deposit is non-refundable.

FACILITY CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE POLICY To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety, it is imperative that all facility areas, including bathrooms, sand-covered areas or floors are kept clean and free from damage. The following guidelines are established to address and manage incidents involving damage.

Cleanliness Standards:
-All facility users are expected to maintain the cleanliness of bathrooms, sand areas, and common areas.
-Any intentional or accidental release of bodily fluids (urine, vomit, feces) in these areas is strictly prohibited.
-Any incidents of damage or the presence of bodily fluids in the facility should be reported immediately to the staff.

Cleaning Fees:
-In the event of damage or contamination involving bodily fluids, a cleaning fee of $75 will be charged to the responsible party sponsor.
-This fee will be used towards the cost of professional cleaning services required to restore the affected areas to a safe and sterilized condition.

Maintaining a clean and safe environment is a shared responsibility. We ask for the cooperation of all facility users in adhering to this policy to ensure that our facility remains a welcoming and sanitary space for everyone.

Helium Balloon Policy:
-Helium balloons are not permitted inside our facility.
-A $150.00 fine will be applied to party sponsor for any helium balloons that are released within the facility.
-Deposit Requirement: If you bring helium balloons into the facility, we will either hold your credit card information or charge a $150.00 deposit. This deposit will be returned to the party sponsor at the end of your event, provided that no helium balloons are released during your time in the facility.

Damage Deposit: Please note that there will be a $200 pre-authorized damage deposit on event rentals.
