1. What is included in the multisport packages?
Each package includes a variety of team-building sports like volleyball, dodgeball, tug-of-war, and relay challenges. Larger packages include mini-tournaments and custom games.
2. Can we host corporate events for large groups?
Yes! Our facility accommodates up to 100 participants comfortably. We can also customize activities for your group size and goals.
3. Is your indoor beach suitable for year-round events?
Absolutely. Rain or shine, your corporate team building Vancouver event goes on without interruption.
4. How do we book a multisport event?
Simply contact us today to discuss your group size and preferred dates. Our coordinators will guide you through the booking process.
REFUND POLICY
7 days before your event – you may reschedule your event. We will hold on to your deposit and your credit is valid for up to 6 months. OR you can request a refund LESS a 10% administration fee of the prepaid amount.
Less than 7 days to your event – NO REFUNDS (partial or full). You may reschedule your event for a later date and your credit is valid for up to 6 months.
After 48 hours, your deposit can no longer be used for rescheduling your event. At that point, your event is expected to proceed on its original scheduled time and date. Rescheduling is not an option. Your deposit is non-refundable.
