*New* Foundation Training Clinic

A specific set of exercises, that coupled with decompression breathing, will activate, strengthen, and lengthen the posterior chain muscles.  These muscles are the main support system to our spine and often remain dormant in our modern lives.  When practiced regularly in short intervals, Foundation Training can provide a means to recover from and help prevent back injuries.  The 4 class program will empower participants to take spinal health into their own hands by improving neuro-connectivity between brain and back, while actively creating length through the axial skeleton.
